JHP and its affiliated private equity investors sponsors and participates as principal in buyouts, restructurings and development capital transactions.  JHP is continually in the search for investment opportunities for its affiliated group of investors.

As part of these principal activities JHP provides investment oversight of portfolio companies on behalf of our clients.  We monitor the performance of specific investments by serving on the boards of the companies and closely track performance against agreed upon financial and strategic benchmarks.

JHP executive, Juan H. Pujol, also acts as interim CEO of companies in the process of transition.
