JHP Enterprises, LLC ("JHP") was formed in June 1988 as a specialized merchant banking and advisory firm, with offices in New York and Barcelona, Spain.  Besides investing as a principal, JHP provides management consulting and investment banking advisory services to private equity investors, hedge funds, companies and entrepreneurs in the United States, Latin America and Europe.  JHP's principals have a combination of extensive industrial, private equity and international investment banking experience, which allows them to provide solutions for clients on a global basis.

JHP’s practice has evolved to providing private equity investors and hedge funds with advice in the review and evaluation of prospective and existing investments across a broad range of industries.
